    Ghanshyam Babaria

    Director/President

    Ghanshyam graduated from University of Texas Arlington with a degree in computer engineering, a hybrid computer science and electrical engineering. He has years of experience in a wide variety of industries such as manufacturing, consulting, and programming. Ghanshyam started off as an engineer for Raytheon, a government-owned defense corporation. During the war with Iraq and Afghanistan, Ghanshyam realized that he would prefer a career in something productive as opposed to destructive. Thereafter, he co-founded Chakra Energy with DJ and Rajan.

    Rajan is graduate of the highly reputable McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas-Austin. Although Rajan holds a finance degree, he has been researching renewable technologies such as microwind, algal biofuels and solar for over six years. Rajan also has been involved with many start-ups, some of which deal with real estate, e-commerce, e-barter, micro-lending, consulting, staffing, and manufacturing. With a heart of an entreprenuer and mind of an engineer, Rajan Babaria is a great complement to the Chakra team.
